How to find scholarly articles for Management classes:
A good database is ABI Inform, which you can choose from the database list: https://researchguides.fsw.edu/az.php
Choose the advanced search function.
Also check the box for "peer-reviewed" and "full-text"
That way, everything you retrieve will be peer-reviewed.
In the advanced search, you can construct a search.
Perhaps put "american management" in one box, and "japanese management" in another, then choose Search.
You will retrieve a list of peer-reviewed articles on those two styles of management.
You can e-mail them to yourself, or print them out, and you can also create the citation in APA format
